We are currently in the process of dealing an exclusive contract of work to a local manufacturer and supplier of highest quality prints, as well as other bespoke items. This will ensure that I can rest assured of the excellent quality of each and every order prior to it being delivered. More information, as well as prices shall be divulged at a later stage.
What sizes shall be on offer?
Sizes shall be available in the classic and traditional 3:2 format (8x12", 12x18", 18x27", 24x36", 36x54"). However, you are free to enquire for bespoke sizes such as larger or panoramic prints.
Are the prints framed?
The prints will be available as standalone prints, or framed in a black or white wood textured frame. Other frame colour choices will be available on a bespoke basis.
What does Limited Edition mean?
This means that each and every order, framed or not, shall be part of a limited number as per item description according to size ordered. Each order is individually signed and numbered by the photographer. Any photograph that is sold as part of a Limited Series (even if only 1 is sold) will not be available to order in any other form or format and will not be available to order as, for example, a canvas. Each order is also accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity containing care instructions, details about the respective work, and a matching serial number as to that on the print.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the detail, sharpness and wide range of colour of your print. An actual giclée print is not given justice by the images you see on our website. We also understand that it is hard to purchase something you have not actually touched or seen, therefore, we offer our customers a unique warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your fine art print, we will gladly help you exchange it for another piece or give you a total refund on your purchase. This warranty is valid for up to 3 months from date of purchase. Any return shipping expenses, however, will be at the purchaser's expense.
The print and frame (if framed) must be in a "like new", re-sellable condition with no fingerprints, scratches, dents or other imperfections on the print, frame or glass.
Payments
We process payments through PayPal. PayPal is the industry standard for online payment with leading security and fraud prevention systems. Through PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.
After pressing the checkout button, you will be redirected to a 'PayPal Express Checkout' page. Here you can login to your PayPal account or easily create one.
Having a PayPal account is very practical when paying online as you do not have to enter your sensitive card details on different sites, which also will be useful for future online purchases.
Shipping & Packaging
We always make sure to protect our artworks before they leave the printing lab. Fine art prints and framesare fragile items, and proper packaging is essential for shipping them unharmed.
We ship fine art prints in sturdy round tubes, rolled in protective paper sheets. The tube protects the print for being bent or creased during shipping, and delivers it to you in an excellent condition. On the other hand, framed prints are protected by a sheet of cardboard, and cardboard corners are placed on its edges. The entire frame is then wrapped in bubble wrap, to safeguard it from scratches and rough handling.
The package containing your artwork is sent as registered signed-for with MaltaPost, the leading postal service provider in Malta. A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your fine art print or frame has been posted. You can use this number to follow your parcel on its journey home to you.
We offer Free Delivery service on all Malta orders on Limited Edition prints and frames, and a €15 flat rate for Gozo orders (or Free Delivery if you can agree to meet us somewhere in Malta).
